Thentic's Creatine Monohydrate + HMB features 5,000 mg of pure creatine monohydrate plus 3,000mg of HMB. Creatine Monohydrate remains the gold standard of creatine supplements, with hundreds of studies proving its effectiveness in athletes, fitness enthusiast, and gym-goers alike. Our Creatine + HMB mixes easily in virtually any liquid and can be stacked with your favorite powder supplements, such as pre-workout, BCAAs and electrolytes.

 

At present, creatine monohydrate is the most extensively studied and clinically effective form of creatine for use in nutritional supplements in terms of muscle uptake and ability to increase high-intensity exercise capacity. IS CREATINE/HMB SAFE TO USE? 

Yes, both creatine and HMB are considered safe for daily use, even over extended periods, as long as it's taken in recommended doses. Studies spanning years of daily use have shown no adverse effects on healthy individuals. DO WOMEN BLOAT WHEN THEY USE CREATINE?

DO I NEED TO DO THE “LOADING PHASE”?

While a loading phase (taking a higher dose initially) can rapidly fill your creatine stores, a consistent daily dose will eventually achieve the same effect, just over a slightly longer period.

However,  drinking sufficient amounts of water throughout the day supports maintenance of hydration levels and supports overall performance and benefits of creatine supplementation. As water helps with the absorption of creatine into your cells this can help with absorption and efficacy (supporting uptake into cells in the body but also helps optimize creatine impact on exercise performance and muscle recovery). 

 

IS TAKING CREATINE WITH HMB BETTER THAN CREATINE ALONE? 

Based on current clinical evidence, combining creatine with HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) appears to result in a greater increase in lean muscle mass, strength, and potentially improved body composition compared to taking creatine alone, suggesting a synergistic effect between the two supplements.
